We got email from tripadvisor.com: “Boutique Spa Sekar Jagat has won a 2011 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence! TripAdvisor awards this certificate to properties who consistently receive excellent ratings from our members. We think your 4.5 rating is something to be proud of and we hope you do too. To qualify for the award, businesses must maintain an average traveller rating of four or higher (out of a possible five). Additional criteria include volume of reviews and how recently they have been submitted by TripAdvisor travellers.
