Bali Prays For Japan | Bali News

“We hope that our prayers for the victims of the tsunami in Japan will be heard and receive divine blessing. The pain experienced by the people of Japan is our pain. On behalf of the Balinese, I offer my sincerest condolences to the people of Japan and may the Almighty strengthen their spirit to face the difficult days ahead,” Bali’s Governor Made Mangku Pastika said.

Government and Bali tourism leaders held a “Pray for Japan” ceremony at Pura Luhur Uluwatu, one of the most sacred temples on Bali. The event was also attended by more than 50 Hindu priests, students, religious figures and community leaders.
